Job Summary

As a Process Technician within the Cleans department (sometimes called 'Wets' or 'Wet Etch') you'll work alongside a dynamic group of engineers and technicians in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment producing some of the most advanced semiconductor devices on the planet.
You will act as the first responder to product quality issues and manufacturing constraints for our Clean "Wet Etch" processes. This role involves performing equipment qualification, misprocess disposition, root cause investigation, and production line management.
Role and Responsibilities
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
* Set up the qualification plan to monitor the quality of product wafers that run through our tool for the first time after tool maintenance work
* Respond to SPC interlocks after investigating for possible root cause
* Determine and execute the plan for product wafers involved in tool faults, with partially processed wafers possibly requiring the creation of a modified recipe to complete the Wet Etch process
* Investigate Manufacturing constraints as related to tool availability and product movement
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience as a Process Technician or MFG specialist or an Associates Degree or equivalent Semiconductor experience
* Prior experience with Cleans and Cu Electroplating Process experience is preferred (specifically with DNS, SEMES, TEL or FSI platforms)
* Experience in analyzing SPC charts and trend charts is also a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Job Summary
This position is responsible for performing production work in our Abilene, TX facility. Preps, packages, insert products into bags/ boxes, adheres labels, cleans, and inspects products to ensure high quality and compliance with company standards and procedures. Must be able to rotate at least every 2 hours at each of the production machines and locations as needed.
Shift: Monday thru Friday 3:00 pm- 11:30 pm
Responsibilities and Duties
Startup and stop equipment.
Assist with production.
Cleans production area.
Sweep, mop, and remove debris.
Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
Measure and pour ingredients.
Ensure conformance to specifications.
Turn valves to regulate the flow of liquids or gas.
Mix ingredients.
Mark parts for identification.
Place equipment on a conveyor belt for further processing.
Scrape waste material from the machine.
Record data.
Load and unload processing equipment.
Package finished products.
Pour materials into machine hopper.
Take instructions from supervisors.
Efficiently and safely move product to the proper area for use following all department and QA procedures.
Sorting, wrapping, packing, repacking as needed. Transfer finished goods pallets to the holding freezer.
Return raw materials, WIPs, or packaging materials to the respective department or location in accordance with the department's procedures for receiving and returning materials.
Proper housekeeping throughout the shift and in all departmental areas.
