* Design, Test, Check-out, Modification, Fabrication & Assembly of prototype electromechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, RF/Microwave devices and specialized test equipment.

This summer, you will
Gain skills through our AV integration “boot-camp,” as well as introductory training and real-world experience.
Work on impactful projects and challenge yourself through hands-on problem-solving.
Study for the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist exam.
Participate in a rotational program collaborating with Purchasing, Sales and Design Consultants, Programming, Engineering, and Project Management.
Work 40 hours a week on-site with our AV professionals, Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
Basic Qualifications
Education: Anticipated Associate's/Bachelor's Graduation between Spring 2026 - Spring 2027.
Valid Driver's License and a safe driving record per Company Policy.
Able to pass a background check.
Familiar with hand and power tools.
Physically able to walk distances, crouch, squat, reach, crawl, climb ladders, work at high elevations and in tight spaces, and lift/carry/push/pull objects up to 50 lbs. repetitively and for an extended period.
Internship Pay Rate: $17/hr.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in digital advertising, creative testing, and conversion optimization while learning from a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, data-driven, and passionate about digital marketing and eCommerce growth. Prior DTC experience is not required, but is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok.
Support in analyzing campaign data and preparing performance reports.
Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and test new ad creatives and messaging.
Help implement A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Participate in conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives by tracking and documenting test results.
Assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to campaign management and reporting.
Support the integration of email marketing campaigns with paid strategies.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital advertising.
Contribute ideas for process improvement and creative innovation within the marketing team.
Maintain a proactive learning approach to stay updated on the latest trends in performance marketing.
Learning Opportunities
Gain hands-on experience managing real paid social campaigns.
Learn how to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Exposure to creative strategy, media buying, and CRO processes.
Work closely with seasoned marketers and gain mentorship from the Performance Marketing leadership team.
Understand how paid and organic marketing work together in a DTC environment.
Requirements
DTC experience is a huge plus but not required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with data and basic performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
Basic understanding of paid social platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
Creative thinker with a willingness to test and learn.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A dual monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM).
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed.

Job Description:
Microchip has a full-time opportunity for an Intern - Technician at our new facility in Tuscaloosa, Alabama for the Spring '26 semester. This role offers the opportunity to operate in a highly technical & scientific environment employing a variety of manufacturing and testing techniques. Successful candidate will support the following engineering activities:
Design, Test, Check-out, Modification, Fabrication & Assembly of prototype electromechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, RF/Microwave devices and specialized test equipment.
Applications include Electronic Circuits, Microwave RF, and Logic Systems.
Work from Schematics, Diagrams, Written and Verbal Descriptions, Layouts or Defined plans to perform testing, Check-out and troubleshooting functions.
Perform Operation Test and Fault isolation on systems and equipment.
Assist in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions.
Assist in design, construction, test, and check-out of test equipment.
Use manufacturing, test, development, or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators and specialized test apparatus.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Pursuing an associate's degree in related field
Ability to read and understand schematics and drawings.
Willingness to learn soldering and cable assembly.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and remain highly organized
Comfortable working with cross functional teams
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast paced environment.
Strong commitment to teamwork and process

Role Overview:
The Community Development Associate (CDA) is an entry-level position responsible for increasing the branch's membership base through various community outreach activities, building new relationships within the community, and maintaining existing ones. The CDA will also lead and manage all member-oriented meetings, which includes loan disbursements, repayments and verifications. The CDA will need to be a strong leader with the ability to lead and build cohesive member groups, facilitate weekly meetings and trainings, navigate various technology platforms, and manage data entry. Primary Responsibilities:
Outreach & Recruitment
Spread awareness of the Grameen America lending program through community outreach activities and organizing to attract and recruit new members.
Grow member base to achieve designated membership growth targets.
Maintain accurate documentation of all member searches and other recruiting activities.
Follow all company standards pertaining to recruitment activities.
Relationship Management
Set and manage member expectations regarding program participation (regular meeting attendance and loan repayment).
Build meaningful relationships with members.
Provide quality customer service support when dealing with members to ensure member satisfaction.
Facilitate regular group meetings (virtually and in person); model high engagement behaviors such as starting and finishing meetings on time, using camera when virtual, treating all participants with respect.
Manage effective communication with members including via phone, text, email and in person engagement.
Provide trainings pertaining to a variety of topics relating to Business and professional development, support the “whole” entrepreneur.
Resolve member concerns, issues, and questions in a timely and professional manner.

Financial Management
Monitor members' loan amount and related activities, including compliance with loan criteria, disbursements, collection of repayments, and reconciling daily payments.
Maintain accurate records for all transactions within member center and branch (such as proper cash matching and posting, compliance with required notifications, etc.).
Accurately input and track members loan payments and other relevant data in appropriate systems.
Responsible for collection and recovery of all due loan repayments in their respective loan portfolio, including working with the member to develop a plan to address and resolve any financial challenges.
