Assistin preparing sponsorship proposals, donor materials, and impact summaries. Community Engagement: Support outreach to businesses, community partners, and volunteers. Assistwith community engagement strategies to increase awareness and participation. Represent FAC professionally in communications and at events as needed. CRM & Administrative Support: Assistwithmaintainingand updatingdonor,sponsor, and prospect records in the CRM database and the Special Event software (OneCause). Track sponsorship outreach, contacts, and follow-up activities. Assistwith data entry, reporting, and listmanagement Special Events. Assistwith planning and preparation for fundraising and community events. Support eventlogistics, timelines, and materials. Assistwith event-day execution, including setup, registration, and donor stewardship activities. Learning Opportunities: Gain real-world experience in nonprofit fundraising and development strategy.
