**Summary**

**Position Responsibilities**

Automation
Develop test automated test frameworks for drones in Python
Integrate test cases to CI/CD pipelines

Setup SQL queries in the automation to catch SW and performance bugs
Work with Wireless Systems team to setup KPIs and root cause analysis
Ground-to-air Propagation and Interference Modeling for UAVs
Collect empirical data for ground-to-air propagation and interference under various environments.
Develop and validate path loss and interference models for various altitudes and distances
Glass-to-glass Packet Loss Characterization
Instrument the system to capture packet loss across software, hardware, and networking subsystems.
Investigate packet loss behavior through controlled experiments under varied flight and network conditions.
Visualize and interpret results to identify root causes and guide system-level improvements.

+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
