Active California Department of Real Estate Salesperson License (required). Familiarity with Caltrans Right of Way Manual, local public agency procedures, and eminent domain processes. Experience working on federally funded public projects. Strong working knowledge of real estate laws, title and escrow, and relocation assistance requirements. Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; GIS/ROW software experience is needed. Must possess a valid California driver's license and be able to travel to project sites as required.
