Position Summary This position will provide quality integrated psychiatric health care services and medication management to adults in an outpatient setting, and will perform as an independent and interdependent member of the medical services team providing integrated general medical and behavioral health care to clients in need of services. The Rely Center team is for individuals who have a passion for and are comfortable working in fast-paced environments, assisting individuals in mental health and/or substance use crises, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time position, with potential schedule adjustment/options in the future.
