Position Overview
Overall responsibilities include assessment and treatment of mental illness through a combination of evaluations and medication management. Works collaboratively with the Medical Director. The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $145,000 plus generous bonus, equity, and benefits. POSITION PURPOSE
Adobe Population Health is hiring a part-time NursePractitioner (NP) to conduct in-home wellness assessments for both pediatric and adult members. This role focuses on improving health literacy and overall quality of life through comprehensive annual visits.
The NP will complete in-home annual wellness assessments (which may last up to one hour) and will evaluate medical history, current medications, health status, and social determinants of health. Visits may include:
In-home Well Child visits
In-home annual adult wellness exams
The NP will also:
Assess psychosocial and clinical needs of patients and families
Coordinate and communicate care plans with primary care and community providers

This part-time position requires a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. Availability must include:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Travel up to 90% throughout designated regions, which may be updated based on business needs.
Conduct in-home assessments on identified patients, following established guidelines.
Perform annual in-home Well Child visits for children ranging from 6 months to 21 years of age.
Understand the importance of preventative health evaluations focused on monitoring physical, developmental, behavioral, emotional health, and the assessment of social determinants of health (SDOH).
Complete In-Home Risk Assessments (IHRA).
Formulate a list of current and past medical conditions using clinical knowledge, judgment, and current findings.
Identify urgent and emergent situations for proper intervention.
Educate members on topics related to health conditions and the continuation of care.
Identify diagnoses to be used in care management and active medical management.
Provide care coordination to alleviate identified needs related to behavioral, physical, and social issues.
Focus on addressing issues that will decrease medical costs and increase the quality of life.
Develop positive relationships with clients, caregivers, providers, and other team members.
Managing physical health problems through the provision of education.
Communicate gaps in care to the member's primary care physician if needed.
Home safety evaluations.
Identify internal and external referral needs when available.
Compliant with all HIPAA regulations and maintain the security of protected health information (PHI).
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
One (1) year of experience as an NP is preferred.
Experience in the care of the elderly is preferred.
Experience in home health, physician's office, or public health is preferred.
Computer skills required: (Microsoft Office Suite Software).

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Position Overview

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Psychiatric Mental Health NursePractitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. This role involves conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and collaborating with behavioral health technicians and support staff. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Nevada and passionate about mental health advocacy and community-based care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth or in person
Diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
Collaborate with supervising physicians and behavioral health technicians (QBAs)
Supervise and review documentation of neurofeedback sessions, as applicable
Complete timely documentation in the EHR system
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
Qualifications:
Active Nevada APRN license with a psychiatric/mental health certification (PMHNP)
DEA license with schedule II-V prescribing authority
Medicaid and Medicare credentialed (or willingness to enroll)
Experience in psychiatric diagnosis and medication management
Comfortable working independently and supervising technicians
Strong communication and documentation skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Position Overview:
As a Neonatal NursePractitioner, you will be integral to providing expert, patient-centered care in a high-acuity neonatal setting. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists in a busy 72-bed NICU dedicated to the most vulnerable newborns, including extremely low birth weight infants.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a team of 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers to deliver comprehensive neonatal care.
Manage complex and critically ill neonates, including those requiring advanced interventions such as extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), and therapeutic cooling for hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).
Participate actively in neonatal resuscitation and transport efforts, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
Utilize advanced neonatal technologies and procedures to optimize patient outcomes.
Work closely with pediatric subspecialists-including cardiovascular surgeons-to provide integrated, multidisciplinary care.
Contribute to a culture of innovation, high-quality standards, and compassionate care within the NICU and broader pediatric hospital ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Current Board Certification as a Neonatal NursePractitioner.
Valid NursePractitioner license in Nevada or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
Demonstrated experience in a Level III NICU setting preferred.
Strong clinical skills in neonatal resuscitation, ventilator management, and neonatal emergencies.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to handle high-acuity cases with attention to detail and compassionate care.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $145,000 plus generous bonus, equity, and benefits. The final compensation package for each successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors unique to each candidate.
