STATE (License-must reside in state): Michigan, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Hawaii WHAT: Perform telemedicine videoconferencing via a secure platform that does not exceed one (1) hour per applicant to re-evaluate for psychiatric disorders, alcohol/substance abuse, self-mutilation/harm, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, legal event (underage drinking tickets, vandalism, assault, theft). These are simple, one-time, psychiatric evaluations, with 20-30 minutes videoconferencing, face to face time, and 10-20 minutes for writing up findings that cannot exceed one hour per consultation.
