* Move materials and carriers based on work order and set up sheets to work station
* Set up braider: string up carriers, loading carriers onto braiders, pull wire from carrier and string up die per specifications, feed mandrel/hose into the braider, set up tape machine
* Complete quality checks on braided hose, this includes pick counts, outer diameter, high wires, score lines
* Strip and set-up winders, be able to perform daily maintenance on wire winder which includes tension checks, roller checks and break pad changes etc.
* Pull catenary to ensure wire meets specified quality standards
* Proof test samples of finished hose
* Proof test built hose on inline proof tester
* Load and strip PTFE tubing from steel mandrels before/after braiding. Utilize overhead crane to move mandrels to/from braiders.
* Operators must safely operate the crane to transport poles and product through the department.
* Operate oven to bake wire
* Use overhead hoist to lift spools of wire onto wire winders
* Move wire and tape from storage to work area based on router and work order
* Coil and place braided hose on pallets for proof testing
* Perform duties relative to production in the assigned area and is able to operate all equipment and machinery in the assigned area.
* Produce a quality product, safely, on-time, and with the least cost possible.
* Review work orders, specifications or instructions to determine material, ingredients, procedures, components and settings. Accurately record data on process travelers.
* Accurately complete computer transactions as necessary (labor & scrap transactions, inventory disbursements & cycle counts, etc.).
* Participate in cell/team activities including, but not limited to, team meetings, problem-solving, CI events, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience:

Performs basic laboratory tests using proper equipment and methods; interpret results
Forklift operator certification or capable of being trained
Technical manufacturing experience in a chemical facility is a bonus
Physical ability to work around and on industrial equipment, including frequent climbing, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, twisting, bending, kneeling, crawling and grasping. Standing for extended periods of time, walking up to one (1) mile per day, and data entry while seated for greater than one (1) hour.
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas (Hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel toed boots, hearing protection, and full-face respirators)

Essential Duties
Operators are required to complete duties to a degree of proficiency in-line with their licensure level.
Regularly monitor panel board and adjust controls to regulate flow rates, loss of head pressure and water elevation, and distribution of water.
Correctly adjust specified amounts of chemicals such as chlorine, fluoride, and lime into water or adjust automatic devices that admit specified amount of chemicals into tanks to disinfect, deodorize, and clarify water.
Start agitators to mix chemicals and allow impurities to settle to bottom of tank.
Monitor Distribution system and adjust flow rates to adequately maintain system operation.
Clean tanks and filter beds using backwashing (reverse flow of water) at scheduled intervals.
Start and stop chemical feed equipment as required.
Regulate valves and flow dials to maintain filter and pumpage rates.
Increase/decrease chemical feeding rates as required.
Adjust pumps and chemical feeding equipment as required.
Perform basic chemical tests: alkalinity, pH, chlorine, hardness, turbidity, and fluoride.
Accurately test water samples and follow standard titration procedures and record results in logs.
Perform routine maintenance in plant using hand and power tools.
Accept after-hour inquiries and facilitate a response by calling in necessary staff.
Manage water quality in the distribution system by maintaining effective trending of tanks.
Ability and knowledge to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve, a wide variety of water quality inquiries.

Candidate in this role coordinate and manage construction work performed by contractors and/or vendors at the project site. Employees in this role manage the engineering, procurement and construction oversight-activities necessary to construct, start-up, and commence commercial operations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversees project operations and ensures adherence to corporate safety and quality through all site activities
Works collaboratively with resources and sub suppliers in various disciplines to determine project priorities, schedule and work plans to meet milestones and project schedule
Work with site team to ensure that the site is clean and safety protocols are being followed
Manages sub tier suppliers to the requirements outlined in contracts or purchase orders as the lead manager and administrator
Manage onsite company representative staff (Inspectors)
Reporting daily, weekly and monthly on progress, indicators, and recovery plans to upper management
Ensures projects are efficiently, effectively and safely implemented in accordance with department procedures, local regulations, contracts and policies
Verifies constructability, ensures proper resource allocations, assesses field status and resolves issues as needed
Leads project meetings and reviews budget, schedule, quality, risk tracker, and contingency allocations
Interfaces with project's designated management committees or third parties, and acts as lead Company representative of project activities
Ensure SWPPP and Storm water regulations and procedures are being followed
Manage execution requirements stipulated in the Interconnect Agreement, Purchase Power Agreement, and Independent System Operator to achieve back-feed, sync and commercial operation
Manages walk down of planned work, validates acceptance of completed work to design requirements, approves contractor payment requests
Manage Contractors to ensure project schedule is tracking to achieve project deadlines through project construction lifecycle through closeout
Supervises activities and/or coordinates activities or groups, such as safety programs, engineering, construction, budget, and analysis and contract administration
Oversees commissioning activities to meet corporate objectives, with limited project management, scheduling and estimating resources
Ability to travel between projects as assigned
Construction Manager expected to be onsite daily while site is active
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Collect samples and record data on the operation of the control systems as required.
Evaluate data and make informed decisions effecting the day-to-day operations of the control systems.

Requirements:
3 years landfill experience or technical skills certificate

Responsibilities
Operation of batch pre-expander, continuous expander, and/or raw material tipper, as assigned.
Performs the unloading of EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) materials) received in bulk trailers using designated vacuum system designed for such purpose, ensuring that the bulk material is loaded into the correct storage silo(s).
Ensure that the information on the material inventory board(s) are accurate and up to date.
Retrieve raw material(s) from inventory for expansion.
Inspect expansion equipment prior to operation to insure its safe operating condition.
Insure the proper location and storage of expanded bead in the designated storage hopper(s).
Records expansion data on Bead Storage Location board and reports expansion activity to Inventory Control Specialist.
Reports raw material usage on the Raw material Daily Report and also delivers that report to the Inventory Control; Specialist or other person designated to enter resin consumption data into the company's inventory control system(s).
Performs sampling tests on raw materials and delivers the resulting data to the Quality team.
Insures that expanded bead has passed the appropriate quality inspection(s) and is approved for use in production.
Compliance with legal environmental and safety requirements of the area.
Know the environmental aspects of the area and its control.
Know the environmental impacts associated with their activities
Follow all Environmental and Safety policies.
