We are seeking a mid-career semiconductor test engineer with a background in classic ATE platforms to create a clean running extremely low DPPM product-line forming the foundation to our servers.
As our final product is a server, not just the silicon, you will find yourself stretching beyond structural testing and incorporating a lot more mission profile testing, utilizing a variety of external controlling ICs, porting server management and customer run-time software, including the use of virtualized machines and specific microcontrollers found in the end application.

Job Description
- Effectively translate business requirements and use cases into comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test cases based on an iterative development approach.
- Develop and execute system test scripts, conditions, cases, and jobs.
- Participate in SDLC Phase reviews.
- Develop and maintain QA policies, procedures and methodology for system test planning, development and execution.
- Develop automated regression scripts and ensure Regression testing is planned and executed appropriately.
- Track/document and work to resolve all complex problems, defects or issues.
- Plan, manage and provide system test status on Application Support and Development Releases.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in QA Testing.
- Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
- Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and Agile development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and system test tools/processes.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business analysis, system design, and application development.
- Excellent organizational skills are required in order to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Exceptional customer service orientation skills.

- Good experience in HP Quality Center.

QA Automation Analyst 3 will be responsible for the development and maintenance of test scripts for both manual and automated testing. The estimated total compensation range for this position, located in Austin, TX, is $80,000 - $155,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
