Job Summary:
Must be flexible with work hours to meet department needs. Must be dependable, accountable and cooperative. Assists with providing safe, age appropriate care to the patient by performing all exams provided by the department according to department procedures. Has the knowledge and ability to properly and safely obtain a quality diagnostic study. Responsible for performing a wide variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of the equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment of diseases. Able to independently perform job functions. Sets up the equipment to provide imaging service and positions patient for the procedure. Must maintain minimum FDA/MQSA requirements for continuing education, experience and equipment. Able to document results of QC/QA accurately and timely on approved ACR or OEM forms. Keeps abreast of new rules and regulations set forth by ACR and/or FDA/MQSA. Must be primary QC tech at facility, performing at least of the required QC at the facility.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Maintains Quality Control Program: * a. Perform daily quality control functions for Selenia and Dimensions units per FDA & ACR regulations. * b. Document daily quality control results and notify supervisor of any abnormal findings or concerns. * c. Perform monitor and phantom testing for satellite facilities read at the Kennestone location. * d. Report all repairs to Medical Imaging Biomed. * e. Report quarterly repeat rates. Maintain Quality Assurance Program: * a. Maintain all credentials for technologists, radiologists and physicist according to FDA and ACR guidelines. * b. Prepare for annual ACR & FDA inspection. * c. Prepare for ACR inspections. * d. Work with physicist to remain knowledgable of new and current regulations. * e. Gather peer review information for radiologists and system * f. Assure all physicist recommendations are corrected within 30 days. Tracking and Observation * a. Utilize current tracking system for data collecting statistics. * b. Perform mock surveys. * c. Communicate all safety concerns and participate in performance Improvement opportunities. * d. Assure all physician and patient letters are mailed out within 30 days. * e. Work closely with the Interventional nurse and tech extender for patient tracking. * f. Assist with pending work reports to assure timely interpretations. * g. Assist Radiologist with statistics. * h. Build tumor board roster in PACS. Assist in other modalities and/or locations as needed: * a. Assist other satellite facilites that need QC/QA guidance. * c. Understands pre and post procedural care. * d. Demonstrates and understands sterile technique. * e. Assist patients with education and reducing anxiety. * f. Attends departmental meetings giving updates and presentations regarding stats and PI activities. Meets Service Recovery and Customer Service Guidelines as needed: * a. Ability to work in a tracking system environment. * b. Provides privacy for patients, family members and customers. * c. Utilizes appropriate AIDET techniques. * d. Assist Outcomes Department with clinical information regarding patients. * e. Direct patients with financial concerns to the appropriate department. Job Description
The Data Center Construction QAQC Co-Op Engineer (CxE-C) provides construction management, quality assurance and quality control support during the delivery of mission-critical data center facilities. Education

One year of experience in the supply chain coordination, inspection, validation, and quality control of mechanical and/or electrical systems in a construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the review of construction plans and design specifications to help identify quality and compliance requirements.

Required skills and experience

* Proven ability to work independently in a laboratory setting, including formulation development, application testing, and performance benchmarking.
* Demonstrated success in engaging with customers to understand technical needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for customer visits, technical support, and industry events.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Under general direction of the Water Reclamation Compliance Superintendent, primary responsibilities include analyzing samples from HCWA's Water Reclamation Facilities according to 40 CFR 136, as required by the NPDES and LAS permits. Additional sampling and laboratory analysis of water quality in local lakes, streams, and industrial sites is also required to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Analyzes samples from lakes, streams, and HCWA water reclamation facilities, biosolids, and industrial sites to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Performs a variety of chemical and microbiological tests and documents test results. Immediately notifies Water Reclamation Compliance Superintendent of any compliance issues related to the WRF's NPDES and LAS permits.
Performs chemical, bacteriological, and biological tests; documents test results and reports data to the Water Reclamation Compliance Superintendent.
Collects samples resulting from a spill or overflow from any water reclamation facility or sewage line which may result in additional hours in the work week.
Maintains routine documentation including lab bench sheets, discrete analyzer sample login, results and data validation, sample documentation, and chain of custody forms. Ensures all data generated is legally defensible. Performs mathematical calculations and statistical analysis for test results. Records data precisely and accurately. Must be able to interpret the data.
Assist in preparing QA/QC reports including control charts for matrix spikes, laboratory fortified blanks, standards, and duplicates. Contributes to root cause analysis of any QA/QC issues and develops corrective actions to address lab deficiencies or nonconformities. Reports results to the Analyst I.
Participates in performance and system audits, including DMRQA's on an annual basis and proficiency testing to ensure adherence to written methods and that quality control measures are being followed.
Cleans and sterilizes lab containers and utensils; calibrates and cleans equipment used in wastewater testing; maintains equipment used in the plant, keeps daily log on equipment, and performs calibration checks. Responsible for cleanliness and organization in the lab at all times.
Prepares monthly and weekly sample bottles for compliance testing.
Performs routine quality control checks on reagents, media, and data generated specific to permit compliance.
Assists in training new lab personnel on methods and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
Assist in instrument detection limits, method detection limits, and calibration on all instrumentation.
Participates in special projects as needed due to regulation, emergency, or research.
Assist in sampling machine maintenance at all facilities. This includes ensuring the programing is correct and the machines are in good operating condition.
Responsible for knowing permit requirements.
Stays current on new method update rules.
Conducts monthly safety checks and reports any deficiencies. Uses safe laboratory practices following HCWA's safety regulations and chemical hygiene plan.
Maintains Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensures that all documents in the digital SDS files are up to date.
Assists in the preparation of the lab for the annual GAWP QA/QC Award.
Works and coordinates with the Industrial Monitoring and Biosolids staff for sample collection.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field and/or at least five years related experience or training strongly preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Georgia Driver's License required. Georgia Wastewater Laboratory Analyst license strongly preferred.
