About This Role:
At Crusoe, we move fast and we build things. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Control Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Tulsa. This role is the backbone of our quality assurance process, ensuring that every piece of equipment we build is backed by accurate, accessible, and perfectly organized technical documentation.
You will be responsible for the "final mile" of the quality process-gathering, digitizing, and managing the critical test records that verify our products meet Crusoe's high standards. This is a full-time position located in our manufacturing facility. (#INDMFG)
What You'll Be Working On:
Document Management: Act as the central point of contact for gathering all finished paperwork and certification records once testing and inspections are completed on the production floor.
Digital Archiving & Workflow: Scan and upload all physical documents into Google Drive, ensuring information is filed accurately within the correct folder structures.
Data Organization & Indexing: Maintain meticulous records by indexing documents based on specific serial numbers, internal components, and project codes for easy retrieval.
Production Support: Prepare and print essential documentation for the assembly and testing teams, including engineering prints, test procedures, and quality checklists.
Audit Readiness: Ensure that all quality folders are up-to-date and complete, supporting internal and external audits of our manufacturing processes.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Quality and Production teams to streamline the flow of paperwork from the shop floor to the digital archive.
What You'll Bring to the Team:

Technical Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and experience using high-volume scanning equipment and document management software.

Responsible for the sampling, inspecting and testing of all produced materials (aggregate, sand, etc.) and compare against specifications. Will also be required to be a backup to all Weighmasters along with picking up parts and delivering parts as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
◾ Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location.
◾ Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures as set forth by company policies and MSHA.

COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, and procedure manuals in English. Ability to write simple correspondence in English. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
* Personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, etc. are preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* High school diploma or GED. Experience with calibration of inspection and test equipment preferred.
* Experience in an ISO 9001 environment preferred.
* Non-Destructive Testing Certification preferred.
* Ultrasonic Testing Inspector must have prior Level II experience. Preferably UT
* certified.

Job DescriptionQuality Control Inspector (Electro/Mechanical)
Carries out inspection activities in accordance with established quality plans, engineering specifications and procedures in order to verify that the product meets specified requirements. Must be able to effectively use, read and interpret a tape measure. Performs incoming, in-process and final dimensional and visual inspection of materials and assemblies to determine compliance. Electronically records the results to provide evidence that the product has been inspected, whether accepted or rejected. The Inspector is required to handle any nonconforming product in accordance with established work instructions and other quality system procedures. Must be able to read and interpret Engineering blueprints and Customer specifications. Detail oriented and must have experience inspection mechanical, electrical, and structural assemblies or installations. Inspection will work closely with Manufacturing to ensure full compliance to Engineering requirements. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on-site, ability to work overtime. Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
