American Express's Global Financial Crimes Surveillance Unit (GFCSU) is part of the broader Global Risk & Compliance organization, operating within Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC), provides end-to-end oversight and support of global financial crimes investigations. In partnership with broader GFCC teams, GFCSU supports the development, testing, implementation and adjudication of transaction monitoring rules, reports, and other tools to detect potential criminal activity. GFCSU plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with key regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. They also support law enforcement by providing critical information to combat money laundering, terrorist financing, credit card fraud, identity theft, and other financial crimes.
How will you make an impact in this role?
The GFCSU's Quality Control Review (QCR) Team performs ongoing monitoring of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations performed by Global Financial Crimes Surveillance Unit and US Investigations to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards as well as internal procedural requirements.
* Conduct quality control reviews of Financial Crime Compliance processes (AML, EDD, Screening) processes managed by the GFCSU and USIU, which includes evaluating cases after initial decision is made to ensure adherence with procedural and regulatory guidance.
* Provide real time feedback to analysts if a material or non-material error is identified.
* Close all cases after review is completed. This includes correcting any errors prior to submission for closure if required.
* Assist in BAU case investigations based on business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
* Two+ years of work experience at a financial services institution, retail/commercial bank, or payment processing institution in any of the following areas: AML/BSA, financial crimes compliance, know-your-customer (KYC), enhanced due diligence, screening/sanctions risk management, and/or operational risk
* Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to research, assess, interpret, resolve, and remediate issues with regulatory impact
* Excellent time-management skills and demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
* Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Self-motivated with an ability to learn quickly and independently
* Business Self Testing (BST), Quality Control, or Quality Assurance experience is a plus
* Bachelor's Degree preferred

Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits

Inspects and oversees all production line inspections of all finished goods manufactured in the production area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review the Batch Ticket Checklist for the following: Clearing area of previous job materials; correct packing materials on the floor for the job; encoding devices are set correctly for lot code and/or expiration date; set-up fill weights are in spec; label height is correct and signed-off label placement standard is nearby; all retain samples have been collected and taken to the Q.C. lab.
Check the Batch Ticket Bill of Materials/Component Sheet to be sure all parts are accounted for and that they are correct. This includes comparing Item Numbers and Item Description to carton labeling and the individual packaging components.
Check the filling equipment cleaning log to be sure it was updated when the last product was removed and cleaned.
Inspect at the first finished goods produced to be sure they look perfect. If the finished goods represent an item that we have not produced before it needs to be approved.
Q.C. Inspection Records. All out of specification results or defects should be circled and adequate notes of all follow-up action noted in the Job History Notes.
Q.C. Inspections should be completed four times an hour of run time. Run time includes additional packing, lot coding or labeling operations completed after off -line filling operations.
Look at finished goods for any/all defects as noted on the A.C. Inspection Records.
Report any/all problems to the Shift Lead immediately.
If there is a problem, ask the Machine Operator and/or Line Coordinator to stop the process immediately so the problem can be evaluated and corrected. This also prevents unnecessary or excessive rework.
Follow-up on defect problems by examining finished foods to be sure the problem has truly been corrected.

(SA-Tech) supports munitions delivery training for Air Force, Army, Navy and Marine Corps air and ground crews through USAF Air Combat Command's Primary Training Ranges (PTR). We deliver OM&S services to PTR bombing and gunnery (B&G) ranges and electronic warfare (EW) ranges, supporting remote threat emitters, mission data processing, range communications, weapons impact and electronic combat scoring.
We are currently looking to hire a full-time Range Control Officer (RCO) for the
Saylor Creek Bombing Range
near Bruneau, ID. The RCO's primary duty is to control aircraft and ground personnel on a USAF bombing and gunnery range and ensure safe completion of weapons delivery missions.
The RCO typical duties include (others may be added):
Responsible for range operations and safety - IAW USAF Directives.
Issue instructions that ensure a safe environment where disparate on-going operational and maintenance activities can occur simultaneously.
Coordinate range user activity.
Maintain a close watch over air and ground activity and is always on the look out to prevent intrusion of unknown aircraft and/or ground personnel.
Perform facility and equipment checklists, report outages, maintain logs and collect data.
Obtain and disseminate schedules and other information in a timely manner that allows for safe and efficient range operations.
Brief visitors and on-coming crews at shift change and other times as needed.
Develop, implement, or revise working documents such as range opening and closing checklists, events log etc., in compliance with management approval, applicable regulations, and operations plans. Inspect strafe pits, all communications equipment involving RCO operations and the effective operation of the digital voice recorder.

Document in detailed descriptive word picture without abbreviation, the movement of aircraft, ground personnel, emergencies, deliveries, equipment outages, accidents, visitors and their intentions and any unusual event in the Events log and the RCO log as appropriate.

Assist or supplement personnel performing target, vehicle or equipment maintenance, landscaping and housekeeping.
Will be qualified as a Wild land Firefighter.

The working conditions will vary although the RCO performs the bulk of his/her duties from the control tower.

IEH Laboratories, a Leader in Food Safety, is now accepting applications for a Laboratory Analyst position at its facility in Jerome, ID. Ideal candidates will possess the following: - A high school diploma or GED (required); an associate degree in Biology or related field (preferred)

- Strong understanding of aseptic technique in the laboratory
Laboratory Analyst duties include: analysis of food samples for pathogens via PCR and immunoassay, various microbe enumerations, data entry, laboratory reporting, quality control, media preparation, and other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time position and will be eligible for standard benefits after a brief waiting period. The shift for this position is Monday through Friday, from 11:00am to 7:30pm.
