Job Description: The Quality Control Analyst III plays a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of soil and groundwater remediation products manufactured by REGENESIS. The QC Lab Tech is responsible for performing quality testing on raw materials, in-process batches, finished product, and/or customer samples in a timely manner. The QC Lab Tech is essential in ensuring testing meets specified requirements and for keeping laboratory testing up to date. Part 65 Certification and minimum 2 years of aviation experience. 18-months minimum experience with Embraer Regional Jet 135/145 (ERJ) and/or Bombardier CRJ200 (CRJ) required. High school diploma or GED required; advanced training preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel internationally. Able to pass a 10-year work history review, criminal background check, and DOT pre-employment drug screening. Must submit to and pass FAA- and Company-mandated random drug and alcohol testing. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking); Spanish proficiency is a plus. Must be familiar with FAR Part 135 and Part 145 operations, inspection methods, techniques, and tools. Work Schedule & Environment Nightshift position: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to work flexible hours as operational needs require. The QC Tech provides data collection and reporting for all manufacturing assembly operations. Associates must accurately record and report this data to operations and provide corrective and containment assistance to the manufacturing team. Note that this role includes a sign on $500 bonus at the completion of 120 Days.
