Position Summary The Quality Control - Aircraft Inspector is responsible for ensuring all aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and documentation are carried out in strict compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer's specifications, customer requirements, and Company standards. This role is critical to maintaining the highest levels of airworthiness, safety, and operational reliability. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-progress, and final inspections of aircraft, components, and articles maintained by the Company. Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and Company procedures. Verify that all required maintenance and inspection documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations. Oversee proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements. Confirm that all maintenance work meets FAA, customer, Company, and manufacturer standards of quality. Complete inspection records in accordance with the Repair Station Manual / Quality Control Manual and applicable customer guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 23 years of age. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required. Part 65 Certification and minimum 2 years of aviation experience. 18-months minimum experience with Embraer Regional Jet 135/145 (ERJ) and/or Bombardier CRJ200 (CRJ) required. High school diploma or GED required; advanced training preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel internationally. Able to pass a 10-year work history review, criminal background check, and DOT pre-employment drug screening. Must submit to and pass FAA- and Company-mandated random drug and alcohol testing.
