What skills and qualifications are we looking for?
Associate degree or certification required, preferably in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a technical field
Inspection Authorization (IA) holder strongly preferred

This role will support the TSC Production group by inspecting incoming printed wiring boards, printed wiring assemblies and cables purchased from suppliers. In addition, this role will perform in-process and final inspection of higher level assemblies. Mechanical Inspection skills a plus. As part of the Quality team, other quality duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities:
Conduct incoming inspection of printed wiring boards (PWBs), printed wiring assemblies (PWAs), and cable assemblies
Conduct incoming inspection of parts bought from unauthorized distributors to ensure parts are not counterfeit
Conduct in-process and final inspection of electronic and cable assemblies in production
Conduct conformal coating inspection of printed wiring assemblies (PWAs)
Log inspection results to track metrics

Key Areas of Responsibility:
The quality operator is responsible for performing inspection and testing using standard procedures of lithium-ion battery production products manufactured and informing stakeholders of disposition outcomes. Additional responsibilities include preparation of test and inspection data, engage in basic trouble-shooting and equipment maintenance throughout the inspection process, identification of areas for quality control improvement and following protocols for product non-conformance.
* Support and execute production validation evaluation testing including safety, reliability, and ship safety, 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) change, and special tests as required by the customer, review and provide test results.
* Regularly check, monitor, and calibrate inspection equipment and perform basic approved repair and maintenance of inspection equipment according to approved manual protocols.
* Support and execute the battery quality management system, execute management system analysis, and support safety and security.
* Monitor and support incoming supplier quality management inspection processes including running inspection tests, inserting test results into the Warehouse Management System, monitoring the statistical trend results of the incoming material inspection and reporting results to appropriate staff.
* Execute the approved processes for non-conforming incoming material.
* Support the management of the chemical storage area and ensure incompatible chemicals are separated and support the usage of PPE and designated safety equipment and other SHE approved protocols are followed.
* Support and execute the process quality control procedures within the following sections of the plant (electrode, cell assembly, and formation) following protocols with sampling, assessments, inspections, following protocols for non-conforming test results.
* Support and execute tasks connected to customer quality support in compliance with the approved Product Part Approval Process (PPAP), customer audits, and product quality investigations. This will include conducting testing, monitoring non-conforming product, customer quality audit requests, and reporting requirements.
* Identify irregularities which are not compliant to work instructions and control plan regarding work environment, production process, raw materials, and the quality of semi-finished products

Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Position Summary
The Quality Control - Aircraft Inspector is responsible for ensuring all aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and documentation are carried out in strict compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer's specifications, customer requirements, and Company standards. This role is critical to maintaining the highest levels of airworthiness, safety, and operational reliability.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Perform incoming, in-progress, and final inspections of aircraft, components, and articles maintained by the Company.
* Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and Company procedures.
* Verify that all required maintenance and inspection documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
* Oversee proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
* Confirm that all maintenance work meets FAA, customer, Company, and manufacturer standards of quality.

Qualifications
