Your Role: * Perform operations to meet quality expectations throughout the manufacturing process. * Perform routine assays, processes and/or unit operations. * Contribute to support functions of the lab (e.g., maintain equipment, prepare reagents, restock lab supplies, waste disposal). * Provide complete and accurate records consistent with quality guidelines. Participate in quality audits. * Ensure all applicable logbooks have been filled out completely. * Improve processes through application of scientific knowledge, experience, and principles while in compliance with change control procedures. Identify opportunities for process improvement. * Assist with training. * Work in both a large-scale process environment and a glass lab environment. * Shift/Hours: 12-hour night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM - 2/2/3 schedule (M/T on, W/R off, F/S/S on, M/T off, W/R on, F/S/S off, repeat). Additional responsibilities include the following: * Review stock suitability data in accordance with guidelines of the quality management system * Maintain and support general quality review functions * Identify opportunities for quality improvement in compliance with Quality Management System * Communicate with relevant management and departments to ensure customer focused excellence * Prioritize responsibilities in alignment with established department goals * Hours/Days: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Wed - Sat Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or other Life Science discipline * 2+ years of academic and/or professional laboratory experience Preferred Qualifications: * Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline * 4+ years of experience in a laboratory or quality review environment. * Proficiency in analytical techniques, chemical calculations, and safe laboratory practices * Working knowledge of Data Integrity principles and proficiency with database software and the Microsoft Office Suite * Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting * Demonstrated self-motivation, adaptability, and effective time-management abilities Pay Range for this position - $24.00-$44.00/hourly The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
