Collaborate with machine learning and product teams to define metrics, assess, and report on the quality of machine learning models in development and production using statistical and quality assurance approaches. Identify customer requirements and liaise with computer vision team to codify specifications for training datasets. Create processes, tools, and scripts to manage and track data quality and labeling performance. Take part in the entire project lifecycle from requirements development to deployment. Experience interpreting satellite imagery to identify objects, behaviors, or activities and working with GIS datasets. Hands on experience with annotation platforms such as LabelBox, SuperAnnotate, AWS Sagemaker, or CVAT. Experience managing remote annotation workforces such as CloudFactory, Hive, or iMerit. Collaborates well with others and able to communicate ideas to those with other backgrounds. Experience with quality assurance practices, model testing & evaluation, and computing metrics & statistics from data. The Sample Management Technician is responsible for the movement and control of QC samples and materials, including in-process, drug substance/product, characterization, retain, and stability samples processed through the QC laboratories at the Seattle and Redmond, WA GMP facilities. What You'll Do: Perform routine and non-routine QC sample management operations; handle test samples throughout the sample lifecycle: receipt, storage, distribution, transfer, and disposal. Facilitate cold chain transfers of samples. Ensure samples and materials are appropriately labelled and maintain sample tracking, labelling and chain of custody records in accordance with regulatory requirements and written procedures. Maintain inventory and distribution of QC samples and materials to functional groups as scheduled or requested. Record performance metrics for the sample management group. Support identification and implementation of process efficiencies. Communicate effectively with management regarding task completion, roadblocks, and needs.
