Major Duties and Responsibilities: Actively participate in the Quality Control process. Determine what product is unacceptable and determine root cause, according to designated timelines. Perform technical evaluation and validation of defects utilizing test equipment and visual inspection. Create and maintain Corrective Action Reports and follow up on open items. Ensure that all SAP information, Batch, quantity, correct SKU, are being entered accurately and on time. Collaborate closely with internal staff and external customers to meet schedule requirements. Proactively follow up with all levels of management on special orders. Requirements: Knowledge of basic database reporting and data entry. Technical competence to understand electronics products and components. Ability to effectively use an SAP database for data entry and reporting.
