We're looking for a highly motivated and self-directed QC Inspector. Responsible for ensuring that the product is within quality standards and specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining quality and safety standards; visual inspections measurements and functional testing of the product; recording data/test results to validate conformance; and assisting with quality related reports, reviews, and audits as needed. QC Inspector Responsibilities: Performs inspections of Induction Bends, Ductile Iron (DI), Carbon, Alloy Stainless Steel and Saw pipes and Tubes, finished company products according to well defined criteria and specifications. Collect all the required instruments for inspection from the QC Lab. Uses measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gages, optical inspection and computerized inspection devices as needed. Rejects and returns nonconforming materials and/or products that do not meet applicable specifications and requirements.
