As a Data Center Quality Inspector I, you provide superb quality control services for our clients. The work includes performing essential inspections of electrical equipment and systems, such as switchgear and substations. Detailed knowledge of mechanical and instrumentation is critical to conduct inspections and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Attentively, you ensure the equipment and technicians around you comply with company and site safety requirements. You prepare detailed daily reports about your findings, including time tracking and special inspection reports. Diligently, you approve and submit important documents such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requests, team reports, and time tracking reports. This role is responsible for monitoring, verifying, and auditing various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure products meet established standards. The QA Technician will work closely with production, maintenance, and sanitation teams to resolve quality issues and ensure regulatory compliance. Duties & Responsibilities Follow all safety policies, regulations, GMP standards, and company procedures. Monitor products for compliance with specifications such as weight, packaging, and ingredients. Perform and document monitoring and verification checks of Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Preventive Controls (PCs). Conduct equipment and area inspections before and during operations to verify proper cleaning and sanitation. Place product, equipment, or areas on QA Hold when non-conformances are identified. The quality technician contributes to the quality of processes and products by performing audits, inspections, and testing.
