How you will make an Impact (Job Summary) This position's primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and fix routine quality and warranty issues with Marley Products in the field to improve response time and customer satisfaction. This position will link plant quality with customer experience. In addition to being Marley's field service presence, this position will be located at the Olathe plant and be an integral part of the plant's in-house quality team. This position will spend roughly 50-75% of the time in the field supporting customers. This employee must be able to diagnose routine quality issues in the field, communicate the plan to fix and implement the solution in the field. Furthermore, this individual must be able to capture field fixes and translate them back to production to eliminate these from happening again.
