JOB SUMMARY: Performs daily inspections of integrated telecommunication shelters, modular buildings, energy storage containers and solar power conversion skids to ensure compliance to drawings and specifications. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform ‘in-process' and ‘final' inspections of components in shelters, solar power conversion skids, and energy storage containers, shelter production & fabrication as required by QC checklists
Conduct basic electrical testing of all systems
Interpret production drawings and shop details
Ensure internal QC checklists are properly completed; verify punch list completion, & coordinate corrections with production team members
Clearly document product deficiencies; and follow up with QC management & production supervisors to ensure deficiencies are corrected before product is ready for shipment
Perform general inspections of shelters, skids, and containers as requested by QC Manager
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: Work Experience: 1+ years of construction or inspection experience Education: Technical Certification or Trade School Completion / High School Diploma or GED equivalent Related Experience:
Proficient understanding of building code standards
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
General understanding of electrical systems & components; working knowledge of NEC Electrical codes
Proficient with hand and power tools
Ability to read a tape measure

Overview: The Final Assembly Inspector is responsible for assembling, kitting, and inspecting products to ensure they meet established quality standards and customer specifications. Assembly
Assemble components and subassemblies using standardized processes, fixtures, and accessible equipment.

Kitting

Inspect or cause to be inspected all equipment and piping which is critical and/or subject to periodic deterioration.
Develop piping and fixed equipment inspection plans, in accordance with API 510, API570 and API 653, using risk-based methodology.
Develops methods to analyze and identify the most cost-effective recommendations for repairs, materials selection and other remedial action in support of long-term reliability.
Select cost effective inspection techniques to provide reliable assessment of refinery equipment remaining life.
Interpret and evaluate inspection and NDE data.
Responsible for developing and maintaining an accurate record keeping system for all inspection files.
Responsible for maintaining integrity and updating of IDMS; capable of running reports to track compliance and flag integrity issues.
Participate in the planning of temporary repairs and approve the execution of such repairs.
Develop and maintain fixed equipment inspection procedures/practices.
Develop and maintain records in support of Calumet Welding procedures.
Review design/fabrication drawings and perform fabrication shop/field inspection to ensure conformance to specifications.
Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Operations to ensure that equipment is opened in a logical and efficient manner and the inspection/repair report is available quickly for planning purposes.
Manage the daily activities of outside inspection contractors during turnarounds and special activities.
Independently inspect and monitor all repair and construction work to be certain it is being done per the plans and adheres to all specifications and codes required.
Responsible for reviewing the activities and quality of contractors in conjunction with their QA/QC representative.
May train and oversee the work of other Inspectors.
Develop concise and accurate inspection and repair scopes for Turnarounds and Scheduled Maintenance Opportunities.

and is located in Bossier City, LA. Night Shift: 5pm-5am JOB SUMMARY: Inspects and audits the processes and product to ensure they conform to the company's quality standards. Performs a variety of inspection tasks to determine compliance including receiving, in process and final inspection of parts, subassemblies and finished assembled products.
* Required as the primary job function, Experience with Precision Measuring Tools performing Geometric Dimension & Tolerance inspection of machined parts, to detailed blueprints, with additional desired skill with CMM, Faro, Calypso/CAM2 or other CMM experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
* Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.
* Visual and dimensional inspection of wellhead and valve components to ensure conformance to Engineering drawings and specifications.
* Perform in-process inspection for setout/staged equipment
* Performing Final Inspection of all outgoing equipment
* Completes quality documentation accurately and legibly
* Verification of job packages for complete signoffs
* Measure dimensions using precision instruments
* Hardness test parts
* Reports time against jobs
* Processing Nonconformance Reports (NCR) at location.
* Assisting with Field Performance Report (FPR) investigations
* Processing Engineering Change Notices (ECN) including inspecting inventory and processing NCR's
* Perform other regular duties as assigned or requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE:
* High School diploma or general education degree (GED): or a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Required as the primary job function, Experience with Precision Measuring Tools performing Geometric Dimension & Tolerance inspection of machined parts, to detailed blueprints, with additional desired skill with CMM, Faro, Calypso/CAM2 or other CMM experience.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
* Working knowledge of Quality Systems, Mechanical, Electronic and Hydraulic experience. Proficient in dimensional inspection of wellhead and valve components.
* Must understand, use and properly apply dimensional inspection equipment such as tape measures, scales, OD and ID micrometers, calipers, depth gages, thread inspection equipment of all types.
* Ability to read and interpret wellhead and valve component engineering drawings, Basic Computer Skills, Basic Language Skills, Strong Mathematical Skills and Basic Reasoning Ability.
* Must perform and pass an annual eye test.
* Strong math skill and proficient reading
* Knowledge of Quality System

What is an Occupancy Verification?
Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:
To verify property occupancy.
To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.
Responsibilities
Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
Complete a short form in an app.
Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.
Requirements (to be considered you must have the following):
Computer with an internet connection
Reliable vehicle (good gas mileage is a plus as you will be paying for your own gas)
Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
Printer
Pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license
Pay and Hours
This is a 1099 position. Each inspection has a flat rate. Rates vary based on county and volume. Although you are paid per inspection, you will earn the equivalent of $20-$30 per hour.
Depending on a county and if it is urban or rural you will complete anywhere from 20-500 inspections per month working 2-30 hours per week. Lower volume counties have higher rates and higher volume counties have lower rates. There is no set amount of inspections per month, but the work is consistent month-to-month.
Earn more as you become established, have greater availability to inspect or are willing to cover a larger territory.
No additional mileage reimbursement above the flat fee per inspection.

Key Responsibilities
Perform field testing of construction materials using a 40-pound nuclear density gauge
Obtain concrete samples from ready-mix trucks and prepare concrete test cylinders
Conduct concrete testing and transport samples to the laboratory for further analysis
Collect, document, and deliver soil samples from job sites to the laboratory
Observe construction activities and accurately record performance data
Perform visual inspections of reinforcing steel (rebar)
Maintain detailed daily field diaries documenting project activities
Prepare and submit daily reports and required documentation to the Team Leader in accordance with project specifications
Ensure quality and quantity standards are met on all assigned work
