Verify parts against product specifications, drawings, and part lists
Visually examine parts and document production results
Ensure all inspections and records comply with the Quality Management System and Customer Requirements
Confirm assembly completeness and identify missing or incorrect hardware
Participate in ongoing training and maintain equipment certifications
Required Competencies & Skills:
Proficient with manual inspection tools (Micrometers, Calipers, Height Stands)
Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid mathematical knowledge including geometry, trigonometry, fractions, decimals, and layout functions
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities
Adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid driver's license
Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment
Exceptional attendance record (required)
Completion of Overhead Crane and Forklift Training (training provided upon hire if needed)
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Frequent use of hands, tools, and inspection equipment
Occasional talking or hearing in a production setting

Job Summary
We're looking for detail-oriented inspectors to help maintain product quality. As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll check components, in-process materials, and finished goods, keep accurate inspection records, submit samples to the lab, and report defects. You'll also have the authority to place materials on hold or halt production if needed.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
