Responsibilities: Know the Scrum Guide and apply its principles appropriately for your team to maximize their efficiency. Observe the team's Agile/Scrum maturity and identify needs for Agile/Scrum training. Coach the Product Owner and team to create and estimate the Product Backlog. Facilitate discussions between the Product Owner and the team on priorities and dependencies.
