Your Role as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
We are looking for a dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team and provide high-quality care for our residents. The CMA plays a crucial role in ensuring proper medication administration and assisting residents with daily living activities in a skilled nursing environment.
What You'll Do:
Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain accurate medical records under the supervision of licensed staff.
Verify resident identity before medication administration and document medication dosage and time.
Monitor residents for responses to medication and report any adverse reactions to the supervising nurse.
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meals, and mobility.
Recognize and promptly report any changes in resident conditions to charge staff.

Qualifications

Responsible for cleaning and sanitization of equipment throughout the production areas during operation. Trained in lock out tag out (LOTO), chemical handling, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), etc.
Understand and comply with Hill's policies, safety standards, GMP's and food safety. Identify and report food safety issues to management.
Responsible for managing dump back/regrind/reblend product movement.
Supports packaging lines with staging of resources needed based on the production schedule, including hand stacking of all bag sizes.
Attends the Shift Transition Meeting to understand the current shift production schedule.

The successful applicant will also supervise student teaching interns in Professional Development Schools. QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
* A Master's degree in an elementary education field
* Five or more years of successful K-6 teaching experience in an accredited school
* Training in research-based approaches to teach courses related to elementary curriculum, instruction, and assessment
* Current teaching license at K-6 level or previously held a valid K-6 teaching license
Preferred Qualifications:
* Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in an elementary education or related degree
* Experience teaching elementary education majors at the graduate and undergraduate level
* Experience supervising preservice teachers in field experiences
COMPENSATION:
* Salary: $50,151 - $55,637 annually
* Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment Strategy & Activities (25%)
* In collaboration with the Executive Director, develop and implement comprehensive international student recruitment plans that align with institutional goals.
* Conduct domestic and international recruitment activities, including:
* Participation in education fairs, school visits, and EducationUSA advising center events.
* Meetings with U.S. embassies and consulates abroad.
* Virtual fairs, online recruitment events, and information sessions targeting prospective international students.
* Generate and nurture leads from multiple channels (events, web inquiries, partner referrals, etc.).

* Serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO), maintaining compliance with SEVIS and other federal regulations.
* Support international student arrival, orientation, and retention activities as needed.
