Job Responsibilities
Process customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments.
Strive to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing.
Receive, edit and enter incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner.
Review, verify and make corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications and contact customer to resolve unclear issues.
Manage orders in the business system through the entire order cycle.
Screen all international customer orders to ensure compliance with the required regulations, policies and procedures.
Gather information for measurement, analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience.
Customer interaction experience is preferred.
Computer experience including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Oracle experience is required.
Education & Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years.
Associates Degree preferred.
Paid Training
Must be punctual, reliable and dependable.

Phasor Engineering LLC is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor for a permanent position within the western United States to help with our growing operations there. We have a number of large projects in the western United States, and we are well positioned to continue to grow. We are looking for additional Land Surveyors to support our current projects and support growth.
The candidate must be licensed in Colorado and willing to get licensed in additional states. All costs associated with obtaining additional licenses will be paid by Phasor. Work-from-home or a hybrid work scenario will be explored with applicants.

Responsibilities
· Managing all aspects of project execution

· Must establish communication protocols for the project which will include:

· Systematic processes for project data and reporting
· Is responsible for project financials and must establish cost controls and perform periodic reviews to identify any risks
· Must liaise with Phasor personnel on a project to understand all project requirements including scheduling, cost, technical and logistic considerations.
· Will manage any sub-contractors that are performing Geomatics work on a project
· Will manage shift schedules, accommodations and mobilization requirements for Crew Chiefs and Survey Assistants unless this work has been delegated to a Field Coordinator.
· Must participate in division-level meetings to coordinate the Crew Allocation between projects

The Sales Account Manager (SAM) is a field-based position charged with enrolling Medicare beneficiaries, residing in a skilled nursing facility into the UnitedHealthcare Institutional Special Needs Plan (ISNP).

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Utilize the national sales model to generate leads and enroll beneficiaries into the UnitedHealthcare Nursing Home plan
