Responsibilities
* Receives/responds to incoming calls from referral sources/potential clients and exchanges information to identify the clients' needs and consults with Director of Clinical Management to determine the Company's ability to meet them.
* Completes all viable referrals by setting up and carrying out pre-screening assessments, completion of pre-screening reports, and preparation of case proposals and other related pre-admission paperwork (i.e., obtains authorization for payment, coordinates availability of an appropriate treatment team).
* Oversees, directs and supervises field staff assigned in assisting with pre-screening process.
* Accesses national/state/company account information, including the account names and terms of contracts or other past payer agreements, as appropriate.
* Consults with third party representatives regarding client benefit coverage, client financial responsibility, company service authorization and specific reimbursement procedures. Presents company's services, interprets potential reimbursement options and negotiates reimbursement levels with third party payer.
* Contacts referral sources to advise them of case acceptance and provides information on the clinical team responsible for client's case.
* Develops/maintains a working knowledge of all services/resources provided by the Company and services available within the community. Assists in identifying alternative community service sources when company solutions are not appropriate or available.
* Maintains relationships with standard referral sources and payer case managers. Contacts identified referral sources and seeks referrals as appropriate. Records outcome of calls and keeps the SAR informed.
* Monitors/tracks referral sources' satisfaction levels, tracks/reports on conversion ratios and provides summary reports to management at requested intervals.
* Implements/maintains, with the up line management, operational processes to ensure compliance with Company policies, requirements and regulatory mandates.
* Adheres to and participates in Company's mandatory HIPAA privacy program/practices and Business Ethics and Compliance programs.
* Participates in quarterly growth planning meetings/activities including discussions around staffing and recruitment needs.
* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a human services field or nursing field.
* Valid driver's license.
* Must have two years of experience with case management or related discipline
* Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate and engage in recruitment and awareness activities to recruit prospective foster/adoptive parents and build community awareness relations
* Develop and implement proactive, strategic recruitment plans designed to attract and certify qualified candidates, while maintaining a pipeline of both active and passive candidates for future training and certification
* Respond to foster parent inquiries within 24 hours via phone
* Develop strategies to support efforts for general, targeted and child-specific recruitment and marketing
* Understand and follow all agency and state licensing requirements and always ensure foster parents' compliance with regulations
* Assist with and complete the certification process with foster parents, including the completion of required documentation
* Complete parent interviews, background clearances, and home inspections to evaluate suitability, safety, and well-being of youth placed in the homes.
* Maintain foster parent files in compliance with agency and state regulations
* Assist in the placement process and successful matching of youth and foster parents based on the needs of referred youth and the level of training, strengths, and expertise of the foster family
* Maintain professional boundaries, conduct, confidentiality and other governmental laws and regulations, agency policy and licensure ethics
* Attend all company required meetings, in addition to community meetings to provide on-going collaboration with referral sources and community providers
* Provide support to all members of the treatment team, including case manager, therapist, foster parents, and youth to ensure needs are met and ensure placement stability
* Ensure safety and well-being of all youth in care by observing for signs of abuse and/or neglect
* Travel to affiliate locations; frequent travel associated with recruitment events required
* Participate in the developmental implementation of Corrective Action Plans for foster parents in conjunction with the program supervisor
* Provide services that respect each family and youth's cultural background, heritage and identity
* Conduct Monthly Foster Parent record reviews; 25% each month
* Conduct Monthly Foster Parent Meetings and monthly Foster Parent trainings
* See children in home once monthly, at a minimum, as needed
* Create and maintain child files and complete monthly reports for each child, as needed
Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, childhood education, education counseling and psychology, or other human service, behavioral science field or public administration field
* Minimum of one year of work experience in a Child Placing Agency, the Department of Family and Children Services, or Non-Profit Agency
* One to two years of Experience in Resource Development/ Foster Parent Recruitment and Retention preferred
* One year of marketing, fundraising, and event coordination preferred
* One to five years' experience in full cycle recruiting in a fast paced, professional oriented environment preferred
* Complete Tier 1 and Tier 2 State Assessor training and maintain Assessor certification
* Have a strong recruiting mentality and a general understanding of a recruiting life cycle from sourcing/lead generation to filling positions
* Demonstrate knowledge of vast recruiting strategies, including social media platforms
* Strong attention to detail, highly organized, highly energetic, and positive and encouraging attitude
* Effective at cold calling, pursuing leads, and transforming candidates into licensed caregivers

Summary:
Acts as the general manager for a Plasma Collection Center and has overall responsibility for the center's operation. Works under general occasional guidance and general oversight of regional management. Primary Responsibilities for Role:
Responsible for meeting quarterly goals, staffing/hours per labor efficiency standards/cost per liter (CPL) targets and Quality key performance indicators (KPI) goals.

Operates the center and manages employees and operations to the highest standard of ethics and integrity.

Monitor and evaluate operations. Develop action plans to maximize center efficiency and supervise the implementation of process improvements.

Submit timely and accurate reports on a daily/weekly basis or as requested.
Develop community representation with regards to all public relations and marketing campaigns to attract and retain donors.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position is eligible to participate in up to 30% of the company bonus pool. How you'll contribute
Therapist performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their bio-psychosocial needs while enabling them access to therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health.
