    Our Company ResCare Community Living The Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC) position is focused on maintaining local compliance with State, Federal and BrightSpring Health requirements. The QAC provides leadership oversight to operations in meeting operational goals and ensure safety and satisfaction for individuals supported. The QAC will work with local programs within the region to develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor quality assurance initiatives and training programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality supports to the people and organizations we serve. The QAC plays an integral part in ensuring the operations meet regulatory and contractual compliance. The QAC will provide support to directors and administrators within the region.
