Collaborate with production and management teams to design customer tooling and components using SolidWorks CAD software. Provide technical input and design expertise during project estimation phases to assist sales, estimating, and production teams. Create, revise, and maintain accurate engineering drawings and documentation for molds, parts, fixtures, and assemblies. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability in manufacturing operations. Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to tooling and manufacturing processes. Ensure all designs adhere to company standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
