Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 9+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering , with a proven track record of delivering innovative, high-quality designs Deep expertise in engineering design principles , including large-scale production, sheet metal, injection molding, electrical interconnects, heat extraction, and vibration control Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD systems (CREO preferred), with the ability to create concept models, analyze production designs, and clearly communicate technical ideas Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , capable of interpreting mechanical simulations, evaluating design trade-offs, and ensuring optimal cost, performance, and quality Collaborative mindset with experience driving design concepts forward , partnering effectively with internal teams and external development partners while thriving in both independent and team settings Desirable Requirements Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering . Hands-on experience in the design and analysis of electronics enclosures , with PC, server, or similar product experience considered a strong plus. Practical experience in machine shop operations and prototype building , demonstrating ability to translate concepts into functional models.
