Job Description Kenda American Technology Center Kenda American Technology Center (KATC) is responsible for advancing Kenda's global design capabilities and developing new automotive, powersport, and bicycle tires for the North American marketplace. KATC was established in 2014 and is located in North Canton, Ohio. KATC currently has a staff of 50 and is expected to grow to 70~80 employees as Kenda expands its North American customer base. Departments include Tire Development, Tire Research, Tire Testing, and Tire Materials. We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to provide technical expertise and support in capacity planning, production efficiency enhancement, quality improvement, and cost reduction. This role involves collaborating with production and internal teams to implement innovative manufacturing processes and improvements. The successful candidate will design, maintain, and optimize manufacturing processes within an ERP system, while also ensuring accurate data flow and process integration.
