Proficiency with mobile apps for clocking in/out and task completion. Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Frequent kneeling, stooping, bending, and standing for long periods. Work Environment: Outdoor work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.). Exposure to dust, soil, and moving mechanical parts. Moderate noise levels.
