Mr. McClements co-founded Resource Capital Funds in 1998 and oversees all aspects of the management of RCF. Prior to launching RCF he was a natural resources sector banker with N.M. Rothschild in Australia and the U.S., and with Standard Chartered Bank. He began his professional career with BHP Limited. He is an honors graduate in Economics from the University of Western Australia. Mr. McClements serves on the Board of Directors of the following portfolio companies: Global Advanced Metals Pty Ltd (Chairman) and Ascot Resources Ltd.

Michele joined RCF in 2016 after having served as Global Chief Operating Officer, Private Equity at Deutsche Bank. Michele has COO and business development experience in private equity, infrastructure, real estate and hedge funds. Prior to Deutsche Bank she was with Nomura Securities, Merrill Lynch and Mahoney Cohen & Company. Michele manages all aspects of RCF’s non-investment related business.

Jani has significant (almost 25 years') global experience in a variety of operational geology roles, resource modelling, estimation and consulting. Jani has strong technical (geological), operational and management skills in all aspects of mining in both open-pit and underground environments. Jani has expertise working within the West Australian gold and iron ore industries and the copper, zinc, silver and lead mines of Mount Isa in Queensland. Internationally Jani has been based in Santiago in Chile, and worked on numerous Chilean copper, Brazilian iron and nickel and Peruvian mining projects. Jani was also Chief Geologist of Finland's largest operating open-pit mine. In Perth-based consultancy roles Jani has completed numerous projects within Australia and internationally gaining more experience with iron ore, gold, zinc, nickel, copper, sediment-hosted and porphyry copper projects within Indonesia, China, South Africa, the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Philippines. Rob is the chief economist and commodity strategist for Resource Capital Funds (RCF), where he provides a macro and micro level perspective on what factors impact RCF's underlying fund performance. This role contributes to RCF’s market insight and how our investment decisions create value for our investorts. Prior to joining RCF, he gained 20 years of economic, strategy, risk and valuation experience working for PwC and Merrill Lynch in the energy, metals & mining, resources, and financial derivatives sectors; working in New York, London, Melbourne and Perth. Rob has a BA honors in Economics / International Areas Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and has been a CFA charterholder since 2003.

Sherri Anne Croasdale is a Chief Financial Officer at Resource Capital Funds. She has experience at Deloitte and has worked as Principal at Eastpointe Management LLC, Director:Fund Administration at TESORO RESOURCES LIMITED, and Director:Fund Administration at Rothschild North America Inc.. Sherri studied at Binghamton University.
