The Merchandiser Mandate Retail Service is responsible for effectively working in teams to perform reset and remodel work, including, but not limited to, reading and implementation of plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and special merchandising activity. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, has a strong attention to detail, and works well in a team situation. They must possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skill,s and the ability to build relationships with business partners.
What will you do?
+ Read and follow plan-o-grams to accurately complete reset and remodel projects while demonstrating knowledge of merchandising and retail terminology.
+ Move and clean shelves, install racks and fixtures, display merchandise properly, place shelf strips and tags correctly, check date codes and plan-o-gram integrity, and process pack-outs, restocks, and reorders.
+ Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve merchandising excellence, discuss changes, and maintain strong working relationships.
+ Report observations and issues to the Mandate Senior Area Manager or Mandate Area Manager.
+ Utilize web-based applications to manage work schedules, accept assignments, access documentation, record start/completion times, track mileage and expenses, record time and attendance, and complete training activities.
+ Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to assigned reset and remodel work accurately and efficiently.
+ Follow safety procedures, demonstrate awareness of surroundings, and proactively alert management to unsafe acts or conditions.

What You'll Do as a Bulk Water Route Driver:

About the Position:
The Energy Efficiency Product Merchandiser (Retail) is responsible for supporting the growth and expansion of energy efficiency products in retail locations throughout the Georgia Power service territory. QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma.

Excell Marketing is seeking a Full-time Retail Account Merchandiser to work in our retail locations in Marietta, GA and surrounding area. This position will have you working in an exciting environment with the latest trading cards and collectible toys. We offer a flexible schedule, paid travel time and many other perks.
As a merchandiser you would be responsible for visiting several stores on a weekly basis. You will unpack freight and stock shelves, maintain our displays, follow planograms and ensure that displays are kept neat and orderly and properly labeled to maximize sales. You will also help maintain business relationships with store personnel and ensure they are receiving excellent service.
You can create your own flexible schedule for store visits Monday through Saturday between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. Occasional Sunday or after-hours visits may be approved for busy seasons if required. We expect your total hours to be 35-40 hours per week on average (may have occasional overtime during busy seasons).
Job Requirements:
Visit all assigned stores as assigned
Loading boxes onto carts and unpacking freight
Stocking shelves with various products

Follow planograms (detailed diagrams) to properly place products
Basic data entry and computer skills to be performed on a tablet (Excell will provide the device) to fill out surveys, reports and enter mileage and other data
Keep up communication with your manager and field services team through phone calls, emails, texts and/or video calls
Maintain business relationships and check in with store personnel at each store each visit.
Must maintain a professional attitude and demeanor with store personnel and customers
Physical Requirements:
Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. onto a cart and push cart out to sales area
Perform team lifts over for anything over 50 lbs. as needed
Frequent stooping / bending over
Occasional kneeling or crawling on the floor to reach lower shelving
Using small step stool (no more than 2 steps) to reach items on higher shelving

About the Position:
The Energy Efficiency Product Merchandiser (Retail) is responsible for supporting the growth and expansion of energy efficiency products in retail locations throughout the Georgia Power service territory. The Energy Efficiency Product Merchandiser (Retail) will ensure products are accurately priced and placed within the store, provide education to employees at retail locations on product benefits and best practices for selling products to consumers, and assist clients with understanding potential savings opportunities. This is a field-oriented role for individuals that thrive on the road and are energized by face-to-face engagement and problem-solving in dynamic environments. This role requires a strong commitment to meeting store visit targets, regardless of weather conditions, holidays, or other challenges.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Travel to retail locations within Georgia Power service territory to support commercial point-of-sale program.
Provide education to clients and consumers on commercial savings opportunities. This includes providing knowledge and information on energy-efficient technologies to retail associates, contractors and other trade allies participating in programs targeted at the commercial and industrial sector as well as consumers.
Develop rapport and build relationships with retailers and external clients.
Conduct Retailer/Trade Ally outreach and training as needed.
Prepare status reports to accurately describe activities in the field and to monitor progress towards achievement of program goals.
Attend client-sponsored promotional events at wholesale and retail levels, which will include occasional evenings or weekends.
Assist in preparation of internal and client presentations.
Contribute to the evolution of program strategies and the design of program features, services, and marketing campaigns.
Assist with other projects and adapt to changing program priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma.
Ability to travel within the Georgia Power service territory. Must have a current, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of motor vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to rotating weekends and additional hours, as needed.
Proven attention to detail, time management, organization, and prioritization. Ability to work well under pressure and self-motivate.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Outstanding interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with others and work effectively at all levels within and outside of the organization, including vendors and business partners.
Intermediate experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications or Equivalent Experience
1-3 years of experience working with commercial trade allies working on energy efficiency programs in Georgia or experience building relationships with trade allies in similar markets.
Bilingual in Spanish, highly desired
Customer-centric mindset
Certified Energy Manager, LEED, other industry certifications are a plus
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires the individual to travel to retail locations and other locations within the Georgia Power service territory.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands, and occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
