About the Role Riskified's Sales team plays a critical role in driving enterprise growth across large, complex eCommerce and digital commerce brands. We are looking for a highly strategic, analytical, and consultative salesperson who thrives in multi-stakeholder environments. In this role, you will take qualified leads from our Business Development team and own high-impact enterprise opportunities, often spanning multiple brands, geographies, and business models (DTC, marketplaces, MOR/non-MOR, subscription, digital goods, etc.). You will lead deal execution-from executive discovery and ROI modeling through pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and go-live coordination. This is not transactional selling. Success requires the ability to influence senior leaders across Risk, Payments, Finance, and eCommerce, synthesize complex data, and position Riskified as a long-term strategic partner embedded in the merchant's revenue and risk stack. If you enjoy closing complex, highly customized enterprise deals with meaningful topline and margin impact, this role is built for you. What You'll Be Doing Take qualified leads from Business Development and own complex enterprise sales cycles with large eCommerce and digital commerce brands, including multi-brand and multi-region negotiations Partner closely with Business Development, Partnerships, and Technology Alliances (e.g., PSPs, commerce platforms, fulfillment and MOR partners) to progress inbound and outbound opportunities and support co-sell motions Map executive decision-making and approval processes, identifying economic buyers, influencers, legal and procurement stakeholders, and internal success criteria Lead quantitative discovery, analyzing merchant data (approval rates, chargebacks, AOV, fraud rates, 3DS performance, authorization lift, false positives, etc.) to define ROI and build credible, metrics-driven value propositions Create and articulate compelling, data-backed narratives across Riskified's product offerings Design and negotiate enterprise commercial structures, including: Basis-point and hybrid pricing Minimums and ramp structures Multi-product configurations (e.g., CHBG, Policy Protect, Dispute Resolve, Adaptive Checkout, Identity) Lead cross-functional execution across Solutions Consulting, Data Science, Product, Legal, Finance, and Implementation, ensuring alignment from contract signature through go-live Support pilots, shadow phases, and phased rollouts, helping define success criteria, performance thresholds, and executive-level reporting Act as a trusted advisor to prospects on fraud strategy, payments optimization, customer experience, and revenue protection Represent Riskified in customer meetings, executive briefings, industry events, and partner sessions Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape (e.g., Forter, Signifyd, in-house solutions) and clearly articulate Riskified's differentiation Why This Role Is Different You will work on high-impact enterprise opportunities that shape Riskified's footprint with large merchants Success is measured by deal quality, long-term value, and customer impact, not just velocity You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals Experience selling into eCommerce, payments, fraud, fintech, or adjacent technology platforms Strong analytical skills, with comfort owning spreadsheets, models, and metrics-driven discussions with senior stakeholders Experience coordinating across multiple internal teams without formal authority Solid understanding of pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and procurement processes Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly Resourceful self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ambiguity Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment This is an incentive-based role and a significant portion of compensation is based on performance against objectives. The base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $110,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City.
