Our case management program takes the whole family into account, and our case manager works one-on-one with the youth and families to understand their total situation, including their strengths, resources, and interests. We work together as a team with families and their health care providers or other service providers to address the various life challenges they face and improve the overall situation whenever possible. Some young people with serious emotional or behavioral problems are also dealing with especially complicated life stressors. We do our best to work with youth and their family in these situations as "Full-Service Partners" and do "whatever it takes" to help the family regain security, support, and stability.
