RESPONSIBILITIES Position picks up and delivers textile and disposable products to customers on an established route Frequent interaction with customers, and sell products with commission opportunities This position is labor intensive, requiring loading, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50lbs It also requires reaching, squatting and bending while delivering products to the customers and delivering products across a wide variety of weather conditions QUALIFICATIONS Must have flexibility in hours (early morning start and finish in afternoon) Prior route delivery experience within a service industry, helpful but not necessary Clean driving record required Pass the required background checks Pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test BENEFITS Independence! Duties/Responsibilities The Route Delivery Driver will do the following. Deliver product to each of the designated stops on assigned route in a timely and efficient manner and error free Check route paperwork prior to leaving yard Drive safely and follow all DOT rules and regulations, AND PERFORM PRE-TRIP INSPECTIONS Collect any monies due as indicated by invoice Complete all necessary paperwork Separate, sort and account for all invoices Verify and sign off on pick up slips Operate vehicle in a variety of traffic and weather conditions Meet or exceed minimum productivity levels established by the company Develop a good working knowledge of product and inventory control techniques and procedures. Handle customer complaints properly Handle company equipment properly and follow written driver safety rules. Responsible for the proper documentation and disposition for any return product Communicate delivery-customer issues to proper authority (sales and accounts receivable) Unload product safely and deliver to customer in designated space Work overtime if needed Responsible for upkeep and cleanliness of vehicles Other duties as assigned

Landscape Installation Drivers are crucial members of our landscape installation team, empowered to lead and oversee installation crews. This position is ultimately charged with delivering commercial landscape installation projects timely, safely, and efficiently per customer specifications. This position is responsible for production planning, scheduling, procurement. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in growing with us, taking on additional leadership roles as the company grows. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following: Collaborating with the Director of Landscape Development to schedule projects as needed. Reading and interpreting landscape and irrigation blueprints and articulating to staff. Laying out plants, materials, and any other job-specific items as needed. Providing production planning, oversight, and guidance to foremen and team members on construction job sites to ensure deadlines are met and customer expectations are met. Identifying opportunities to improve production methods and provide additional training to team members. Understanding and contributing to profitability goals through proper planning of monthly operations, including management of labor, materials, and subcontractor costs and review of financial reports and results. Overseeing hiring and staffing needs of the department to ensure teams are appropriately staffed. Demonstrating ongoing leadership of a safety-oriented culture and holding all team members accountable for following safety procedures Continuously mentoring foremen to lead teams and develop crew member talent.
