The Legal Assistant works alongside their Attorney, handling cases in the Pre-Litigation phase while maintaining an open line of communication with clients, providers, and inter office teams.
Responsibilities and Duties
Daily interaction with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers via phone, email, or in-person.
Research and locate all possible Defendants and Insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Setup & Administration
• Support Project Management with complete and compliant project setup at inception.

• Process and distribute owner contracts, exhibits, subcontracts, purchase orders, MSAs, PCCOs, and related agreements.
Cost-Plus & GMP Billing Support
• Prepare, review, and submit Cost-Plus and GMP owner billings in accordance with contract requirements.
• Collect, review, and submit project invoices and subcontractor pay applications for approval.
• Ensure approved costs are accurately imported into the accounting system.

The Donor Engagement Specialist is a key member of the Development team who helps bring Hopeworks' individual giving efforts to life. Donor Engagement (40%)
