+ Support user onboarding and provide ongoing user training and documentation in addition to troubleshooting and resolving issues experienced by our end users.
+ Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases, as well as stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and best practices.
+ Assist with testing, deployment, and release management.
+ Serve as a mentor, escalation point, and subject matter expert for the Salesforce admin team.
+ Monitor team performance metrics and champion efficiencies.
+ Consolidate and communicate trends or issues from the admin team to BA/Dev groups.
+ Help steer Salesforce roadmap, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.
**What We're Looking For**
**As a** **Salesforce Administrator Team Lead, your background will look like:**
+ 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
+ Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Certification preferred.
+ Familiarity with Salesforce objects, automation, security, and reporting.
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Experience with debug logs.

Job Title: Enterprise AI Developer - Salesforce Agentforce
Slalom is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Developer to serve as a technical lead on enterprise-scale AI transformation programs for organizations navigating digital modernization. * Work proficiently in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, from Requirements Gathering to Documentation
* Work collaboratively with other Slalom teams across specializations to create POCs/POVs that expand the use of AI in Salesforce utilizing other domains (AWS, NVIDIA, Google, etc.).
* Solve complex problems collaboratively within your client engagement.
* Review code from other SalesforceDevelopers
* Design and implement complex system integrations.
* Support developers in learning how to best develop systems that use Generative AI.
* Plan and execute deployments with thorough documentation.

A Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Developer resource is needed for the OCFS Data Warehouse/CONNECTIONS Reporting Module. The DW is sourced from the agency's major child welfare case management related systems: CONNECTIONS, CCRS, and WMS. The Data Warehouse effort consists of multiple sub-projects. The efforts over the next 18 month period will include priorities including: ODS Support; ACS Support; management of Federal data transfers; load monitoring; AFCARS support; data warehouse and data moat purge; JJ mart for AFCARS; AFCARS FTP receive files; CONNECTIONS Quarterly Build changes; Infrastructure upgrades and enhancements (Cognos and Oracle upgrades); and more.
The OCFS Data Warehouse is a long term, ongoing effort to meet the data sharing and reporting needs of OCFS, the federal government, and local districts and voluntary agencies. The first deliverables were deployed in 2000, and the warehouse continues to grow in terms of data volume, functionality, and customers on a continual basis, with heightening reliance on the availability of up to date child welfare data for local operational needs. The DW effort consists of many sub-projects, each with its own schedule and deliverables. Approximately 10 sub-projects are currently in progress, with another 50 or so in the queue.
This request is for a Oracle Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Developer and is required to design/model, construct, load, and validate the data tables through the enterprise Data Warehouse architecture in support of these Data Warehouse projects. In addition, this resource will be responsible for managing the Data Warehouse daily processing operations (Operational Data Store) and job schedules. If this resource is not procured, the Data Warehouse project will be left with insufficient Oracle Developers to address the workload over the next 24 months, leaving CONNECTIONS and other state and federal reporting needs unmet.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Work in coordination with a team of developers to expand the current Data Warehouse.
2. Work with Business Analyst & customers on analysis and logical design for mappings and ETL.
3. Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs.

Position: ETL Developer with “OSC” experience
Location: Albany, NY

The New York State Office of the State Comptroller (“OSC”) intends to procure Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) developer staff augmentation services to assist with data analytics initiatives pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law § 163(6). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law.
Background
OSC has commenced a Data Analytics Initiative to support the Agency's audit planning and analysis activities; increase fraud, waste and abuse recoveries using new protocols established under the Enterprise Fraud Prevention Act (Chapter 566); expand Open Book New York web portal and related transparency efforts; and increase operational efficiencies through the use of performance analysis.
The initial step in this project is the development of an Analytics Data Warehouse based on a formally architected framework to build an environment for OSC examiners, auditors and analytics staff to fully realize the benefits of business intelligence and data analytics tools. The ETL developer (the “Consultant”) will assist OSC with these efforts.
Scope of Work
The Consultant shall:
· Working with the Data Analytics Bureau and the Division of the Chief Information Officer (“CIO”) staff, assist with the build-out of the current OSC environment for both infrastructure and tools as they relate to Data Analytics and the necessary supporting technologies, such as data warehousing, business intelligence, statistical analysis, and data exchanges with external agencies/entities. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
o Reviewing and analyzing the existing FirstNY and new Data Analytics warehouse environments' design architecture and communicating this information to Data Analytics Bureau staff;
o Assisting with the implementation of Data Analytics architecture design to accept structured and unstructured datasets as they are acquired through the Data Analytics Bureau;
o Assisting with the implementation of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (“OBIEE”) RPD environment as defined through user story and use case development from business analysis teams; and
o Assisting in the design and development of OBIEE dashboards and reporting as defined through user story and use case development from business analysis teams.
o Providing ongoing knowledge transfer to State resources on all work completed above.
· Assist CIO with the extraction, transformation and loading of newly identified/acquired data into the FirstNY environment.
· Work with CIO and OSC business customers to define and build OBIEE reports/queries.
· Assist CIO staff with maintenance and troubleshooting of FirstNY warehouse environment, OBIEE tool, and other tools as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
The Consultant must possess the following minimum qualifications:
· A Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree);
· Five years of experience developing and maintaining a data interchange system interfacing with a custom financial system (e.g.,PeopleSoft or Oracle Applications);
· Five years of experience working with an ETL tool such as Oracle Warehouse Builder or Oracle Data Integrator;
· Five years of experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence (i.e., OBIEE, Discoverer, Oracle Reports);
· Five years of experience with Oracle SQL;
· Five years of experience with technical user documentation for knowledge transfers; and
· Five years of experience with standardizing and streamlining co mplex SQLs to enhance performance.
Preferred Qualifications
OSC will give preference to candidates with the following qualifications:
· Strong communication skills working with both technical and non-technical people, including:
