The Opportunity
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be a technical and functional expert driving optimization across DAT's Salesforce ecosystem - including Sales Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and connected business systems. This role requires both hands-on expertise and strategic leadership, operating with significant independence to design, implement, and govern Salesforce solutions that enable the full lead-to-cash lifecycle.
You'll partner with stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Finance to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enable automation that scales with DAT's growth.

Independently manage Salesforce projects - from configuration to testing and deployment - ensuring business alignment and data integrity

Collaborate cross-functionally to align integrations and reporting between Salesforce, finance systems, and marketing tools
Ensure compliance and accuracy for contracts, billing, and revenue processes

The Skills and Experience You'll Bring
5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with advanced expertise in Sales Cloud and CPQ/Revenue Cloud

The Senior Salesforce Administrator is a pivotal role responsible for managing, optimizing, and customizing our organization's Salesforce platform. Decision Making & Project Management: Plays a key role in decision-making processes related to system enhancements, upgrades, and strategic initiatives. Contributes to system roadmap planning, evaluates new Salesforce features, and provides recommendations for system improvements. Data Management: Identifies and deletes or merges duplicate, outdated, or inaccurate records. Maintains data quality of Salesforce data. Primarily works as an overseer in these processes to ensure other admins and Salesforce support personnel are following good data steward practices.

Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Application Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications leveraging low-code platforms such as Appian. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices in architecture, integration, and performance optimization. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions while driving innovation and quality. This role is part of the Center of Excellence (COE).
