Work You'll Do
Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and enhancements for Oracle E-Business Suite Financials and Purchasing modules
Build and modify Oracle EBS forms, reports (BI Publisher, XML, Oracle Reports), interfaces (integrations with third-party systems), extensions, and workflows
Analyze business requirements in collaboration with functional and business teams to develop efficient technical solutions
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues within the Oracle EBS environment, providing timely support to end users

Bachelor's degree

5+ years experience in the development and customization experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials modules with SQL and/or PL/SQL

What You Will Do:
Fully engage in SDP-AT training program to increase knowledge about industry and Allegion customers, products and processes.
Participate in a 6-month product and industry training module on location at our Training Facility in Denver, CO. During this time, you'll learn from industry experts' side by side with other development program employees. Allegion provides corporate housing and temporary transportation for program employees.
Attend a virtual training course (once weekly for 8 weeks) on sales skills training
Participate in a 3-month immersive SWAP training program curriculum in your local market with the architectural team to further knowledge about Allegion customers, products and processes.
Participate in a 3-month field training rotation where you'll get exposure to each of Allegion's field selling teams outside of the architectural team. During this on-the-job learning experience you will:
Coordinate and conduct joint sales calls throughout assigned sales territory with all members of the regional sales office (RSO).
Participate in various local security tradeshows representing Allegion's portfolio of products and demonstrating our solutions.
Obtain an understanding of the customers within your trade area and build relationships with decision makers as appropriate.
Attend all required factory training and additional outside product training to obtain a further understanding of the products.
Learn Allegion organizational structure and develop relationships with co-workers throughout the matrixed organization.

Roles and responsibilities:
* Work with technical, functional teams in design and development of Services.
* Create well-designed, reusable objects in SOA environment and test plans.
* Communicate and enforce best practice coding standards to maintain the excellent code quality.
* Apply best practices and consistently develop high-quality services on schedule.
* Contribute to project deliverable templates and standards (including coding standards, etc).
* Share knowledge with others by contributing to our growing knowledge base
Other requirements:
* 5-7 years' experience developing, deploying and supporting complex computing applications in a large scale environment
* 2-3 years of hands on experience in SOA Environment creating right granular reusable services.
* 2 years of hands on experience with XML, XSD, XPath, and XSLT.
* Excellent debugging skills and the ability to optimize code for performance tuning
* Experience with the Oracle Database or other similar database management systems.
* Experience developing in all phases of the full SDLC of a project is required.
* Ability to apply design concepts - layered architectures, components, interfaces, messaging and patterns.
* Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
* Exposure working across a global organization.
* Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills demonstrated through successfully leading large and complex change initiatives
* Able to priorities and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
