    Strong integration experience with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience with TIBCO suite of products. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Hands on expertise with TIBCO products BW, EMS and Adapters. Strong experience with SOA principles and implementing web services in TIBCO Business Works. Prior Experience on real-time integration with Salesforce is strongly preferred. Experience with TIBCO BE and Active spaces preferred. Good understanding of development best practices. Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing integration components. Well versed with Unix commands. Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills . Knowledge of IBM Sterling Integrator is a plus.
