What is the Operations Development Program?

* Promote the department's programs and services by establishing relationships with children and their families who frequent LifeStyles in order to generate maximum participation in KidStyles, on the Rock Wall and in special programs throughout the facility.
* Attend and positively contribute to all mandatory meetings and in-services.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
* Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED through the American Red Cross
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
