You will lead our efforts to generate revenue by promoting and selling all collections products with assigned existing and new clients by executing strategies to drive business. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
1. Promotes and sells all products and services, and software to existing clients and prospective clients in a proficient manner in order to achieve profitable sales.
2. Travels throughout assigned territory to call on assigned and prospective customers to ensure they are fully satisfied with company services and/or aware of services, programs, promotions, etc. which may be of benefit to clients. Conducts at least one monthly visit to each selected client to assure maximum utilization of services and assure client's full satisfaction with services.
3. Develops, disseminates and executes weekly sales plans and recaps utilizing the assigned hardware and Customer Relationship Management software to assure that sales and marketing objectives are met in a timely and profitable manner. This can also include periodic sales reports showing sales volumes, potential sales, areas of proposed client base expansion, monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.
4. Enters new customer data and maintains appropriate detailed records of clients and prospective clients contacted, person contacted, results achieved, as well as significant problems/issues encountered. These detailed records will be kept utilizing the hardware and the Customer Relationship Management software assigned to the incumbent. Incumbent will follow all procedures for entering data, updating database, and synchronizing data on a timely basis as instructed.
5. Maintains and submits in timely manner detailed records of expenses incurred for business promotion, ie; mileage, lunch receipts, association fees for reimbursement. May calculate and submit monthly commission calculation for payment.
6. Participates in civic and community affairs and attends applicable association meetings to assure that Sarma services are promoted to prospective clients. This participation can include overnight trips out of town.
7. Develops and implements annual sales and marketing plans outlining objectives, to be achieved and strategies to be used. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from trade shows, industry ads, business directories, newspapers, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
8. Attends training sessions authorized by the company in order to enhance skills, knowledge, and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college a plus
Three - Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience with outside sales a plus.
Experience with personal computers and software is encouraged.
The incumbent should also possess a great deal of assertiveness, self-initiative, and creativity.
This incumbent will determine how to set up their weekly call plan and products to promote based on customer needs. The incumbent should be able to recommend options to reach a possible resolution of complaints or fulfillment of requests. A basic understanding of product cost and profitability is required in order to determine special pricing requests and proposals.
This position requires extensive contact with clients and prospective clients. Positive relationships with all company personnel and outside vendors should be developed and maintained.
Incumbents will spend the workday either driving to customer locations or in a climate-controlled office. They will be exposed to inclement weather (hot and cold temperatures, rain, dust, etc). The successful candidate will serve as a key advisor responsible for recognizing and reporting Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) strategic and aggregate risks across the business while advancing the Enterprise Risk Management function for aggregation, quantification, and qualification of risks. Sets direction for risk management programs within IT/IS and leads all aspects of the delivery of those programs across the line of business.
Provide risk management and governance leadership, operational direction and operational oversight of Information Security, Business Continuity, Data Center Security, AI and Corporate Investigations domains and establish a best-in-class Risk Management framework for the Enterprise Security Group (ESG) to ensure comprehensive oversight and management of risks across the full risk taxonomy. Ensures risks align within appetite tolerances and strategic goals, product plans, forecasts, and adjusts to variances.
Responsible for the aggregation and reporting of risks to senior leadership and effectively assessing and influencing business decisions and direction. Contributes to the long-term strategy of how risk systems should be adapted and integrated to maximize the ability to manage risk in an environment shaped by regulatory change and disruptive, emerging technologies. Ensures effective and appropriate policies, procedures, and controls are in place supporting all risk processes, systems, strategies, and implementations.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Establishes trust and rapport with senior business leaders across the enterprise to sustain oversight of the second line risk role. Actively engages line of business leaders to ensure all risks are appropriately addressed consistent with policy and the Risk Appetite.
Partners with senior risk executives in managing overall risk appetite to include the identification and definition of key methods, metrics, and limits. Influences and sets strategy for advancement of the risk management framework.
Partners across Risk Management, Finance, and the business while effectively challenging variances to plan and strategies to mitigate. Provides advice to other key business partners and drive key decisions assessing risk and reward through effective challenge.
Liaises with Compliance and CLO on legal & regulatory considerations that impact business operations and product offerings in accordance with federal and state regulations. Influences sound governance structure for oversight of risks and business operations and interacts & engages with all product & channel leaders on complex, multi-product processes and procedures while factoring in all legal & regulatory requirements.
Assists in interactions and briefs on domain of responsibility with regulators from the OCC, FED, FDIC, and CFPB as well as prepare Board and Senior Management level reports related to IT/IS risk.
Builds and oversees a team of employees (~5 direct reports / 20-30 team size to start) for assigned functional area through ongoing execution of recruiting, development, retention, coaching and support, performance management, and managerial activities.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Minimum Experience:
10+ years of risk management, regulatory or operations experience in a functional area such as insurance, banking, or financial services with 5+ years of this experience focused on Information Security, Business Continuity, Physical Security or Corporate Investigations.
4+ years of people leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams.

Scope of Responsibility
Incumbent has the primary support for SARMA's production environment and the responsibility to assess and involve appropriate resources to resolve customer problems in a cost effective, timely, and courteous manner.

Must be able to trouble shoot and make decisions about the IT or facility system that could affect the performance of the department. Must work well under pressure.
Contacts and Relationships
Must be able to relate to employees, managers, and executives of SARMA, as well as equipment vendors. Physical EnvironmentThis position works primarily in a climate-controlled office including the computer room. Part-time Description
Basic Function:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. This position is responsible preparing Background Screening Reports with no errors within a 24- hour period.
Principal Accountabilities (Essential Functions)
Maintain turnaround time expectations based on internal and state policies.
Verify all products related to background screening by performing background scrub or verification procedures.
Communicate with clients as needed of status of pending reports and/or provide clarifying information.
Utilize best practices and accuracy training to deliver quality reports to clients.
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products or services.
Maintains customer records by updating account information as needed.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Conducts consumer interviews and investigates disputed information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

A high school diploma or GED is required with some PC knowledge, and minimum typing skills of 40-50 wpm as well as professional. Data Entry knowledge preferred.
