Role: Network Engineer Job Type: Full Time About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer with hands-on experience in routing and swtiching. The ideal candidate will provide direct, on-site ("hands-on") support, troubleshoot complex network issues, and be an expert in routing and switching protocols. Key responsibilities Provide on-site, "hands-and-feet" support for network infrastructure, including physical racking, stacking, cabling, and hardware replacement for Arista switches and routers. Configure, install, and support network hardware and software, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure. Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues related to routing and switching. Travel to other location when required for hands and feet support. ( 10%) Serve as the primary on-site resource for network-related incidents, performing advanced troubleshooting and resolving critical issues with minimal downtime. Knowledge of network routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP) and advanced switching technologies (e.g., VXLAN, EVPN). Plan and execute network maintenance, upgrades, and expansion projects with a focus on data center and campus environments. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and vendors to deliver new solutions, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with network standards.
