Not much. Things keep getting worse people keep gettin fired.
How would you improve ScanSource's culture?
Give us some more time off. Vacation policy is very low and we are burned out.

How does your compensation at ScanSource compare to the industry average?
Extremely low. HR Eve says it’s low but the CEO won’t let them approve more even thought he makes 7 million per year which is double what a CEO of this company size usually makes.
What's the diversity at ScanSource like?
Low. We live in the south and there’s no diversity.
What brings you the most joy at ScanSource?
Shutting my computer at the end of the day.
