Participate in special education due process procedures (initial evaluations, re-evaluations, IEP meetings).
Collaborate with intervention teams and general education teachers to develop, monitor, and adjust student supports.
Provide consultation and guidance to staff around progress monitoring, data-based decision-making, and problem-solving models.
Support SEL and mental health initiatives that promote safe, inclusive learning environments.

Develop and maintain internal billing procedures that streamline data collection, consent workflows, and communication between schools and the district billing office.

Collaborate with technology/data teams to improve electronic documentation systems, automate compliance prompts, and enhance accuracy of submitted billing data.
Analyze reimbursement trends to recommend staffing, training, or procedural changes that increase revenue potential while maintaining compliance.
Develop district-wide communication materials that help families understand MA billing, consent, privacy protections, and how reimbursement supports student services.
Participate in professional development offered by DHS, MDE, HHS, and professional associations to remain up-to-date on billing regulations and best practices.
Serve as a resource for culturally responsive billing practices, ensuring diverse families understand MA processes and feel respected and supported.
Document and maintain internal compliance records (e.g., credential files, consent forms, provider training) in alignment with DHS and district audit needs.
Performance will be evaluated in accordance with district policies, teacher development rubric, and the Minnesota educator evaluation model.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages, in collaboration with their families and/or other collateral sources
Interpret a wide variety of psychological and neuropsychological test batteries, with occasional direct test administration
Serve as a subject matter expert in the use and interpretation of neuropsychological assessments
Supervise and oversee the work of the patient's assigned psychometrist to ensure accurate and reliable data collection
Complete detailed neuropsychological evaluation reports and prepare separate brief summary documents tailored for clients, families, and referring providers
Conduct clear, supportive feedback sessions to explain findings, diagnoses, and personalized recommendations
Collaborate with the patient's care team (psychiatrist, care manager, and/or mental health wellness coach) to inform and coordinate treatment planning
Comfortable completing in-person and virtual sessions with patients and their families
Requirements:
Doctorate degree in Psychology from an American Psychological Association accredited program
One year predoctoral internship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred
Two year postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred
An equivalent combination of experience, supervision, or training will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Licensed in California or New York preferred
PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred
Experience conducting testing virtually and in person
Familiarity with online web-based applications
Effective therapeutic communication skills
Able to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space

* Supervise and train entry-level clinical/neuropsychologists, graduate students, interns and fellows

The successful applicant will join 6 neuropsychologist colleagues, supported by a team of experienced psychometrists. The successful applicant will be fully embedded in the acute rehabilitation unit and will work closely and collaboratively with the rehab team, which includes rehab psychology, speech and language pathology, occupational therapy, physiatrists, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) obtained from an APA-approved program with appropriate clinical training
* Completion of an APA-approved internship
* Two-year post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology
* Training appropriate to the area of specialization is required
* Licensed (or eligible for license) as a Psychologist in the State of Minnesota
* Board-eligible in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP-CN)
