Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required:
Knowledge of assessment instruments and their application, relevant education codes, state and district policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Meets the standards of Competent and Ethical Performance as outlined in Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR 584-020-000 to 584-020-045). Conduct individual evaluations in all eligibility areas defined in IDEA 2004.
