We are currently seeking a PASchool Certified Psychologist for part-time (21 hours per week) work with the Bucks County Non-Public schools.
Schoolpsychologists work with students in grades K-12, providing psychological evaluations and determining services in accordance with Pennsylvania state law, IDEA guidelines, and Catapult Learning policy and procedures. Catapult Learning provides all testing materials and supplies. Salary range = $40/hr. W-2 position.
Responsibilities
How you'll be there for students:
Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor.
* Consultation and collaboration with school staff, families, and students.
* Participate in an assessment plan meeting of students assigned for an initial or re-evaluation.
* Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations that include, but are not limited to, assessments of intellectual, developmental, academic, social/emotional and behavioral status.
* Interpret assessment results, create written evaluation report, and submit written report to all designated contacts within the required timeframe.
* Lead assessment feedback meetings to review assessment results/findings/recommendations with all applicable parties present.
* Maintain student caseload in compliance with state timelines and other state and company guidance.
* Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
* Comply with all Catapult Learning and school district policies and procedures.
* Other duties may be assigned.
