Summary: As a Bar prep, his/her duties will consist of following the direction of the Lead Bartender to execute bar program recipes and assist bartenders in daily prep. The Bar Prep is responsible for supporting the bar department and bar team in advance of the shift. This role involves bar setup, prep & stocking, batching cocktails, preparing juices and garnishes, organizing, maintaining overall cleanliness, and ensuring the efficiency of the bar and surrounding areas.
