Consistently document daily site visits and lead activities.
Remain in regular communication with office staff on progress, client status, & follow-ups.
Attend a weekly morning company meeting in the office
Restoration & Technical Knowledge a plus
Basic understanding of water, fire, and mold remediation procedures.
Familiar with property insurance claims.
Construction, emergency services, or related industry experience.
Compensation Options
Level 1 (full-time position): Retired Police Officer (RPO) Candidates: Base + Commission + Expenses
Base Pay: $800 per week
After 90 Days:
Eligible for an additional $1,200 commission draw if at least two (2) sales have been completed during the probation period.
Commissions earned during the probation period will be banked and used to offset the draw beginning on day 91.
Expense Reimbursement:
$100 for weekly meeting/training attendance during 90-day probation period
$100 / week for gas/travel (After 90-day probation period - company credit card will be provided instead for fuel, and to assist homeowners with housing, food, and clothing.)
Level 2 (full-time & part-time positions): Non-RPO Candidates: Commission Only + Expenses
100% commission-based

Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients.
Follow company post orders and site-specific post orders, as well emergency response post orders.
Respond to incidents.
Conduct Inside / Outside foot tours.
Write reports.
Keep up to date daily activity logs either written or typed.
Display excellent communication skills.
Use mobile guard tour apps and effective communication
Walk up and down flights of stairs.
Conduct Outside patrols and be able to tolerate incliment weather.
Report all suspicious activity in real time
Provide resident friendly customer services
Access control on banned people.
Engage with first responders (police, fire, ems)
Handle and respond to resident complaints
Enforce house rules
Qualifications:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed positions and at least 21 years of age for driving positions.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or prior security experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants must possess a valid security guard license.
As a condition of employment, applicants may be subject to a drug test depending on the client site and contract requirements.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws.
In New York state, a Valid, non-expired, New York state security guard license containing a verifiable UID is required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only and will be subject to a motor vehicle report check with the state DMV.
